Personal Leadership Development

This is an intensive and continuous training program that focuses on individual leadership development, spanning a 3-6 months period and addresses foundational elements of leadership for individuals coming from all walks of life. It starts with an assessment to identify leadership gaps in trainees, and then works to instill habits and develop competencies. There are three training packages within this program.

Organizational Development

This is a management and leadership development program that has two complementary segments addressing two crucial dimensions of organizational success. The first segment is the Organizational Leadership Pipeline Development (OLPD) that focuses on the creation and revitalization of organizational systems while the second is Professional Development (PD), which directly engages a critical mass of an organization’s staff.

Open Enrollment Courses

Tailor Made trainings

CALD designs and runs short term trainings that are tailored to the specific needs of organizations. CALD offers this service on a wide range of leadership and management related topics as spelt out and requested by client organizations.
CALD will give professional support in the process of framing and articulating the training topics and in setting the objectives.
