C-Cautious
- Wants to do things as precisely as possible
- Is dependable for others
- Thinks things through carefully and pays attention to detail to ensure that he/she makes few mistakes
- Feels that others are not as concerned about quality
- Examines his/her own work several times and wants to ensure that everything is right
- Is probably unhappy if he/she cannot live up to his/her own high standards
S-Steady
- Wants to act for the benefit of others
- Is a good listener and very sensitive to people in his/her own environment
- Prefers getting on well with people to arguing and quarrelling
- Has a preference for a stable, safe and predictable environment
- Prefers to think things through well before changing, and then to adapt at his/her own speed
